Time to Shine is our annual festival to celebrate Care Experienced Week. This year it’s an opportunity for Who Cares? Scotland members to come together as a digital community and celebrate their care experience through music, art and connection. We’ve partnered with Soundlab and Musicares to offer a variety of creative activities as part of our programme.
