The Life Changes Trust’s ‘My Choice, My Future’ fund is now open and is an amazing opportunity for Care Experienced Young People.
It has a short timescale for submissions as it closes Mon 14th Dec and could close before.
Who can apply – This is open to Care Experienced Young People age 18-30
How much funding is available – Young people can apply for between £500- £4000 (applications for under £500 can be discussed).
Is there any eligibility criteria — Young People must have at least 3 months care experience (which can include Kinship care, foster care, secure care, residential or looked after at home).

- My Choice, My Future is aimed at supporting young people with care experience to make choices about their future and take steps that will have a positive and long-term impact on their lives.
